 "Breck Kraft of Old Bay Homes built a charming, open-floor plan, Southern home in Statesville in 2020. Finally finished, it was on the market in early 2021. Lucky for me I found it on Realtor.com. The expertly photographed home helped me appreciate the house from 2,000 miles away. I knew it was the right house for me. After the offer was made, the inspection revealed nothing of concern. During the virtual walk-through with the inspector, he indicated the quality of the home was excellent. I had a virtual walk-through with Breck also. It was obvious to me he was proud of his work. The day I closed was the first time I saw the house in person. I was not disappointed, but even more impressed with the home. After moving in and many weeks of getting settled, I can see that I will not have to take advantage of the builder's warranty. There is nothing of concern about the house. The final testimony as to the quality of the home came from the lady who was measuring for blinds. About half way through measuring for the sixteen windows, she stopped and said, "You had a really good builder. All these windows are the same measurement.
